Omnipx is an AI-assisted creative application that helps you transform visual ideas into new imagery and short animated videos. This Privacy Policy explains how Omnipx handles information when you use our application. We designed Omnipx with clarity and respect for your privacy in mind.
When you use Omnipx, you may choose to upload reference images and enter text prompts to generate creative outputs. These images and prompts are processed solely to perform the creative tasks you request within the app. Omnipx does not use your content for unrelated purposes.
We do not collect facial information. Omnipx does not perform facial recognition, facial profiling, biometric identification, or any analysis intended to identify individual faces. Images you provide are treated only as creative input for image-to-image and image-to-video generation.
Reference images and prompts are transmitted to cloud-based AI services only when you initiate a generation task. The purpose is strictly limited to producing the image or video output you requested. Omnipx does not sell your content or share it with third parties for advertising.
Generated results are stored locally on your device within the application workspace so you can view, manage, and export your works. You may delete individual works from the app at any time.
Omnipx stores certain preferences and creative work metadata on your device using local storage technologies. This includes saved works, generation settings you have used, and application preferences needed for the app to function. This data remains on your device unless you remove it or uninstall the application.
Omnipx requires an internet connection to communicate with AI generation services when you create new images or videos. Network requests include only the information necessary to complete your selected task, such as encoded image data and your prompt text.
We encourage you to avoid uploading sensitive personal content. Omnipx is intended for creative experimentation with images you are comfortable processing through AI tools.
Omnipx does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address within the application. We do not track your identity across other apps or websites.
As stated above, we do not collect facial information. We do not build face databases, extract facial geometry for identification, or use facial attributes for any purpose beyond the creative rendering you explicitly request.
Omnipx is a creative tool intended for general audiences. Users should upload only content they have the right to use. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users when uploading images to any AI creative application.
Content stored locally on your device persists until you delete it or uninstall Omnipx. Cloud processing partners may retain request data according to their own operational policies for a limited period to provide the service and maintain reliability. Omnipx itself does not maintain a separate remote archive of your personal gallery.
We use industry-standard transport security for network communications initiated by the app. Local files are stored within the application sandbox on your device, accessible only through Omnipx unless you explicitly export or share a finished work.
You control what images and prompts you submit. You can delete works from your gallery, clear local data by uninstalling the app, and choose not to use features that require uploading images. Because Omnipx does not operate user accounts, there is no remote profile to manage beyond what exists on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product improvements or changes in how Omnipx operates. Updated versions will be made available within the application. Continued use of Omnipx after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Omnipx is built to help you create visual content with AI assistance while keeping the experience straightforward. We process your uploads only to generate the outputs you request, store results locally for your convenience, and we do not collect facial information at any stage of the creative workflow.
